To ensure autorun and distribution:
Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] 'Userinit' = '<SYSTEM32>\userinit.exe,<SYSTEM32>\dwm\dwm.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\play.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <Current directory>\0
- <Current directory>\log
- <SYSTEM32>\dwm\dwm.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\play.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Current directory>\log
- <Full path to virus>
Deletes the following files:
- <Current directory>\0
