- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] '4c8a0a102f0107dc958fba2a86448768' = '"%WINDIR%\Windows firewall update for microsoft.exe" ..'
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\4c8a0a102f0107dc958fba2a86448768.exe
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\4c8a0a102f0107dc958fba2a86448768.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:

To complicate detection of its presence in the operating system,
forces the system hide from view:

Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%WINDIR%\Windows firewall update for microsoft.exe" "Windows firewall update for microsoft.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Windows firewall update for microsoft.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\4c8a0a102f0107dc958fba2a86448768.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- %WINDIR%\Windows firewall update for microsoft.exe
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\4c8a0a102f0107dc958fba2a86448768.exe
