To ensure autorun and distribution:
Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Classes\exefile\shell\open\command] '' = '"C:\Recycler\smss.exe" "%1" %*'
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Сервер удаленного вызова процедур RPC Microsoft (R) Windows' = '%APPDATA%\LSASS.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\recycler.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\drivecure.sys
- C:\autorun.inf
- %APPDATA%\LSASS.exe
- C:\RECYCLER\temp.tmp
- C:\RECYCLER\smss.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\recycler.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- C:\drivecure.sys
Deletes the following files:
- C:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- C:\RECYCLER\temp.tmp
- C:\drivecure.sys
