- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Explorer' = '%APPDATA%\Windows\Desktop.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\svcpic.jpg
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\svchost.exe
- %APPDATA%\Windows\Desktop.exe
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\reg.exe ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" /v "Explorer" /t REG_SZ /d "%APPDATA%\Windows\Desktop.exe" /f
- <SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe /c ""%TEMP%\DlkHX.bat" "
Injects code into
the following system processes:

Modifies file system :

Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
