- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SVCHOST' = '<DRIVERS>\SVCHOSTS.EXE'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\AUTORUN.INF
- <Drive name for removable media>:\SVCHOSTS.EXE
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- <DRIVERS>\LSASS.EXE
- %TEMP%\KM.EXE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <DRIVERS>\KM.EXE
- <DRIVERS>\LSASS.EXE
- <DRIVERS>\SVCHOSTS.EXE
- %TEMP%\KM.EXE
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\SVCHOSTS.EXE
- <Drive name for removable media>:\AUTORUN.INF
- <DRIVERS>\LSASS.EXE
- <DRIVERS>\SVCHOSTS.EXE
- <DRIVERS>\KM.EXE
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\~DF8A4F.tmp
