Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:

- %TEMP%\696E.tmp
- <SYSTEM32>\dalvcv.fxs
- %TEMP%\6E7F.tmp
- <SYSTEM32>\ewfwbc131.tli
Deletes the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\ewfwbc131.tlt
- %TEMP%\696E.tmp
- <SYSTEM32>\ewfwbc131.tli
- %TEMP%\6E7F.tmp
- <SYSTEM32>\ewfwbc131.tld
