Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe" "Chrome.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\Chrome.exe

Connects to:

UDP:
- DNS ASK go####212.no-ip.biz
