Malicious functions:
Sets a new unauthorized home page for Windows Internet Explorer.
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:

- <DRIVERS>\stub.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\stub.exe

Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <DRIVERS>\stub.exe
- %WINDIR%\Help\stub.exe
