- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Windows SafeAssist' = '%APPDATA%\winlogon.exe'
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Adobe Air' = '%APPDATA%\Adobe\AdobeSvc.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\driver\info\explorer.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\driver\info\Desktop.ini
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- %APPDATA%\winlogon.exe
- %APPDATA%\Adobe\AdobeSvc.exe
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\reg.exe ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" /v "Adobe Air" /t REG_SZ /d "%APPDATA%\Adobe\AdobeSvc.exe" /f
- <SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe /c ""%TEMP%\121953.bat" "
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\winlogon.exe
- %APPDATA%\internetfiles213.tmp
- %TEMP%\121953.bat
- %APPDATA%\Adobe\AdobeSvc.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\driver\info\explorer.exe
- %APPDATA%\winlogon.exe
- %APPDATA%\Adobe\AdobeSvc.exe
