Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Windows Firewall' = '%APPDATA%\Winlogon.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Windows Firewall' = '%APPDATA%\Winlogon.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\TTHDHGC\DFG-2352-66235-2352322-634621321-6662355\364855.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\TTHDHGC\DFG-2352-66235-2352322-634621321-6662355\Desktop.ini
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- %APPDATA%\Winlogon.exe
- %HOMEPATH%\Local Settings\History\DarkNetz.exe
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\ping.exe 0 -n 2
Injects code into
the following system processes:
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\Winlogon.exe
- %HOMEPATH%\Local Settings\History\DarkNetz.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\TTHDHGC\DFG-2352-66235-2352322-634621321-6662355\364855.exe
- %APPDATA%\Winlogon.exe
Deletes itself.
